Total Number of Vacancies: 550
Name of the Post

• Assistant Engineer (Civil): 365 posts
• Assistant Engineer (Mechanical): 40 posts
• Junior Engineer (Civil): 131 posts
• Junior Engineer (Mechanical): 14 posts

Eligibility Criteria :

Age Limit
Candidate age limit should have in between 18-33 years. Age Relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification

• Candidate must possess Degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering for Assistant Engineer (Civil) & Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) post. 
• Candidate must possess Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering for Junior Engineer(Civil) & Junior Engineer (Mechanical) post.

Application Fee

• Unreserved candidates need to pay application fee of Rs. 300/- and Rs. 25/- for SC/ ST/ PWD/EXSM/CAT-I candidates in form of Challan which must be downloaded from website after submission of online application within two days from date of application or through NET Banking, Credit/ Debit Card payment/ NEFT.

How to Apply: 

Candidates need to apply online through the website on or before 04-03-2014 to 02-04-2014.

Instructions for Online Application:

1. Log on to the Official site www.kpsc.kar.nic.in and select the ‘Notification’ link to start the Online Application process.
2. Select the Online Application link besides the notification link.
3. Click on “I accept that I have gone through the above instructions” box and click on “Open Application form”.
3. Upload previously scanned Photograph and Signature at the places provided
4. Fill all marked details carefully, check once before submission and click on ‘Submit’ button.
5. Take print out of system generated Challan and make payment according within two days.

Starting Date for Online Application: 04-03-2014.
Last Date for filling of Online Application (before 01:00 PM) : 02-04-2014.
