Eligibility Criteria :

Age Limit : Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 70 years as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation is applicable.
Educational Qualification:
  1. For Medical Officer : BAMS/BHMS/BUMS from a recognized University
  2. For Pharmacist post : Must possess Bachelor of Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy
